These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Salon En Vogue website (the “Site”) and our salon services. By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Description of Services

Salon En Vogue is a hair salon in Montreal’s Old Port offering styling, balayage, colour, cuts, hair treatments, extensions and event styling. The Site lets you view our services and work, book appointments through Vagaro and contact us.

2. Bookings and Appointments

2.1 Booking an Appointment

Appointments may be booked online through Vagaro or by calling (514) 989-2266. Every booking is a commitment on your part.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged at 50 % of the booked service price.

2.3 Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving five minutes before your appointment. If you arrive significantly late, we may shorten the service or reschedule the appointment, depending on availability.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the Site are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable GST and QST are added to the stated prices. Payment is due when the service is provided. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards.

4. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, images, logos, photographs, videos, graphics and icons, is the exclusive property of Salon En Vogue or its partners and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its systems
  • Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • Collect other users’ personal information
  • Reproduce, copy or resell Site content without permission

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Salon En Vogue is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site, including service interruptions, content errors or omissions, or technical problems.

Hair service results may vary according to your hair’s type, condition and history. A consultation with your stylist helps establish realistic expectations.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites such as Vagaro, Google Maps and social platforms. These links are provided for information. Salon En Vogue is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies or practices.

8. Protection of Personal Information

Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.

10. Changes to These Terms

Salon En Vogue may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
